Huh I wonder why a city nicknamed "The City by the Bay" wouldn't want to dump tons of highly concentrated saline sludge directly into a closed bay? A city built on fishing and tourism?
Anything to protect the mega petrochemical companies though right?
Pretty sure there’s no water left in Corpus for for industry, or tourists, or residents.
They’re going to try to buy it from other cities, but I’ll be surprised if anyone sells it to them. They’ve backed themselves into a corner.

No water left yet you are supporting a desalination plant paid for by residents that massively benefits corporations which will destroy the local environment and to boot won't be complete for 3 to 5 years at best?
Good plan.
