What the fuck Canada, 100 bicycle spaces? That’s about 20m2?
My home town in the Netherlands has give it take 50.000 inhabitants
It's train station alone has a bicycle parking garage that houses well over 3000 bicycles
That's just for a train station.
There is no car parking there at all, and just a few stops where people can be dropped off / picked up
Also, it says "up to 100 bicycle parking spaces" . That could also mean 50, 25, or 0 bicycle spaces.
How many Penny-farthings would that be?
You could fit like... 8 cars in that space!
Ontario is in the process of REMOVING bike-lanes because all of our politicians are criminals.
