I drive around at night and see entire empty-ass buildings with the lights and AC on. But I'm expected to sweat my balls off?

Its like when they put in a sprinkler schedule. I don't have a lawn but they ask people not to water them, while the Tesla plant consumes 50% of the entire city's water supply.
