there's a monty python bit about tomatoes that can a) eject from the sandwich if your vehicle crashes and b) can survive impact unbruised

it's in the episode where mr pithers goes on a cycling tour with ... either lenin or trotsky, i cant remember. they end up in russia somehow.

ah yes, it was trotsky, but lenin also appears. unfortunately, the episode also contains probably the most racist bit monty python has ever done and it completely ruins what could've been a great bit (going to a british embassy in the soviet union to find out that nobody there speaks english but they're super curious about cricket is a good bit. combining it with every stupid stereotype about asians doesnt make it better, just more racist).
