Look, as much as I’m all for H-1B reform, since it’s the companies exploiting it, all elimination or crackdown of H-1Bs will do is increase offshoring. When jobs are offshored, nothing is spent in the US and hurts the economy more. At least with H-1Bs, they’re living in the US, which means money flowing into rent, groceries, and other services.
