Ergonomic, split and other weird keyboards

Rules

Keep it ergo

Posts must be of/about keyboards that have a clear delineation between the left and right halves of the keyboard, column stagger, or both. This includes one-handed (one half doesn't exist, what clearer delineation is that!?)

i.e. no regular non-split¹ row-stagger and no non-split¹ ortholinear²

¹ split meaning a separation of the halves, whether fixed in place or entirely separate, both are fine.
² ortholinear meaning keys layed out in a grid

No excessive posting/"shilling" for commercial purposes. Vendors are permitted to promote their products/services but keep it to a minimum and use the [vendor] flair. Posts that appear to be marketing without being transparent about it will be removed.

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to give a quick heads-up for anyone who might have missed it, there are only 7 days left on the Kickstarter campaign for the TAIKO-01 keyboard!

If you haven’t seen it yet, there's some background here: https://lemmy.world/post/47465897.

You can find the campaign and all the details here:

Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/taikohub/taiko-01-keyboard

Official Site: https://taiko.taikohub.com/

What do you guys think of the layout and design? Anyone here already backed it?

Corrected it now. Didn't realize I needed to put it in the title since I'm used to reddit and it's has tags for those.

PieFed and Lemmy support post tags as well. Granted, that feature was added to Lemmy with the recent release of v1.0, just within the past week or so. The rules in this community (and third-party apps) have not caught up yet.
