This article smells.

Beijing has built up the use of the yuan for the oil market and other international trade, giving Iran and Russia a way to evade Western sanctions

The US dropped sanctions on those countries. The US itself is undercutting western sanctions harming the US- and helping Iran and Russia.

Like that's what we all already know is happening too, trump helps Russia, and his teams and friends loooove Russia.

Hegseth even wore a Russian flag tie to negotiations with zelensky, and is removing US soldiers from Europe as trump and vance are threatening Denmark.
