What do you mean they download it for you?

They download the video using the shitty app and send it to me, what else i should mean?

there are quite a few work rounds described even under this post. It's a matter of principle. The harder companies make it to watch it's content without a user, the less I'm going to use it. Not jump through hoops to still watch it's content. Social media has become a cancer and should be avoided like the disease it is. It should be treated with utter contempt.

That's why i tell them to dowload the video for me and send in chat instead of sending of expecting me to use tiktok

Fair, my bad. I misunderstood. i did interpet it as downloading the app to your phone, as i wasn't aware that those videos could obviously be downloaded as well.
