If men with tiny penises didn't want me to do the gesture, they shouldn't ride my bumper when I'm in the right lane going 10 over the speed limit.

There was an Australian anti speeding ad that had exactly this gesture.

Edit: I looked it up & the gesture was totally different. Huh.

If only they could set the gesture. They can't see anything close to ground level in their pristine raised pickup trucks with double rear tires.
