Even worse for me is water. I just don't ever feel thirsty. I can go 2-3 days without a glass of water.
No, until I feel thirsty enough to drink one.
We supposedly get most of our water from food. I wonder if you just do a really great job at eating enough water. Salads all the time, or something?
I also don't eat a whole lot. Kind of like the meme. I work from home, so not like I'm sweating.
