On Monday, the US Supreme Court decided in Trump v. Slaughter that the US Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) may not be independent anymore. Since 2000, the EU has relied on the “independent” FTC as the enforcer of EU-US deals on personal data. According to EU treaty law, such oversight must be independent. In the current EU-US deal, the European Commission relies on the independent FTC 259 (!) times.

Woah guys, we got someone who fell hard for the propaganda.

The US spread fascism around the world in the form of the most destructive industry man ever invented the military industrial complex. The US has only been without conflict for a very short time in all its history.

We have committed and assisted in multiple genocides and our destruction to the environment through our proliferation of polluting technology has poisoned every single human on the planet. By my estimates we have lost close to a billion people from pollution in the last 50 years.

While I will admit the current administration of outright thieves is shocking, this type of back room dealing had always been a part of our extremely corrupt nation.

Most of what you praise is literally propaganda and very little can be attributed to reality. Sure the US has had more decorum in the past, but that ain't saying much.
