... with a flannel like that, the first guy could be Canadian for all we know though the symbols in the back ground make we wonder if perhaps Pakistani-Canadian?
I think he's just Pakistani and at either a football or cricket game.
I am almost certain it's at a cricket game, in the UK England Pakistan would add up!
Edit: Looks like it's Pakistan Australia at the cricket world cup in 2019 (hosted in the UK - which is where that came from!)
