Yup, that's a few broken ribs I'm sure. Painful as hell, and since I broke mine the first time I've broken them twice more in the same place. Only bones I've ever broken. Didn't bother going to the doctor the second two times because there's fuck all they can do for you anyway. Just gotta let them heal, and try not to laugh or cough or bend or breathe too much for a couple months.
