Is this real? I mean that man must be a fucking twat + idiot, but doesn't he deserve medical treatment? Concern? Mock and shame him afterwards as much as he deserves, but show some care? Wtf is this dystopian shit.

The ambulance is likely on the way, may be fighting traffic. It doesnt look like its a "need an ambulance or someone WILL die" scene, the ambulance can take its time.
