Yeah, or 40 degrees C. It gets crazy hot here.

At 40°C I can understand this is too hot to bike for most people, it can be dangerous. When it's about 25°C outside and it's said to be too hot to bike, this is just an excuse to be lazy and do the 5km commute sitting in the car instead.
