Stalag fiction was a short-lived genre of erotic literature which flourished in Israel during the early 1960s. The genre consisted of pornographic Nazi exploitation books, depicting the female Nazi officers in prisoner-of-war camps (stalags) sexually abusing male Allied prisoners.

I was confused as hell about these, but the premise that they were based on true stories, and that revenge and turn-tables were involved at the end made everything fall in to place.

I guess it's debatable whether it was wisest to ban these or simply let them play out for a few more years in post-post-WW2 Israel.
