If I am actually bored, I also starg cleaning things you don't usually clean. Footboards, light switches, the fridge... Put away stuff you won't use in the next month.
But right now I am considering to put cooking from chores to hobby category in my mind. If I trg to look ag ig as fun instead of have to - I think I will do it more. And my sourdough starter is ready to go also.
That's a great way to reframe cooking! When I'm feeling bored of it or am dreading cooking, sometimes picking out a new recipe helps me get excited about it again.
One of my favorite YouTuber is back with cooking, that's what made me try to re-frame it.
