𓌂𓐍𓏏𓁐 is one of the ways Sekhmet has been written (maybe the two small glyphs are supposed to be above each other, that's a font/renderer issue) and 𓄿𓈖𓎼𓂋𓇌 decodes to A-n-g-r-y using Manuel de Codage's hieroglyphic ASCII representation
