I'm out of the loop on these American shenanigans. Why would Hunter Biden be going to prison?
Mainly tax fraud and lying on a firearm application saying he wasn't on drugs when he was.
You can go to prison for buying a gun while being a drug user? Seriously?
The crime is lying on the form. If he'd checked yes on being a drug user, they would have just denied the application.
It was dismissed as frivolous. Plus it's an amendment violation.
Same reasons we keep letting reds get away with gun crimes tbh.
