I have recovered it for now. As at least the public accessible informations are only indicating a training facility.

Lemmy moderation tools are of course lacking, but as the lemmy devs once said they arent even touching anything moderation related for "the future".

You can set it to private so that only lemmy.world users can see and post things there. But "hidding" it for anyone like a unlisted post on mastodon is currently not possible.

Yep the ui uses the api

A brainrot game with ingame purchases won against megacorps, because they didnt allow the brainrot to have their own brainrot in-game purhases.

Depends on the version of the instance you are exporting it.

Lemmy UI:

In your settings and click "Export" on the Import / Export Settings section

Then it downloads a json containing your Blocks. It "should" be importable but i never heard any feedback about it. It can of course not block people that are in not federated instances.

I mean thats semi true they have less things that they sell you after a purchase of a licnese to a game. E.g. dlc's or similar. Still they can brick your system any second if they thought you inserted anything they dont like. Thats just a huge predatory step against any consumer rights.

I mean yes but sadly this will definitly affect others too as nowadays with globalism other companies see this and say hey people really buy any sh*t if you do it like nintendo, even cashgrabs.

I have lost faith in humanity. When people just keep buying scams like these they are getting just rewarded for such predatory practices.

Hello world!

as the title says the server is BACK! It is hosted under a new server! The same map and your inventory is the same!

Domain is the same: minecraft.lemmy.world

Bedrock: minecraft.lemmy.world:1027

Please note: The new server is hosted in the USA so if you are joining from the EU please expect higher than before ping! This can not be avoided as the generous hoster doesnt have a server in the EU.

The generous hoster is @JonsJava@lemmy.world, thanks to him all this is possible.

The home limits are increased and there will be for everyone who wants it a new spawn where you can build from.

Thanks everyone
Rooki

Hello World, As many of you have probably noticed, there is a growing problem on the internet when it comes to undisclosed bias in both amateur and professional reporting. While not every outlet can be like the C-SPAN, or Reuters, we also believe that it's impossible to remove the human element from the news, especially when it concerns, well, humans.

To this end, we've created a media bias bot, which we hope will keep everyone informed about WHO, not just the WHAT of posted articles. This bot uses Media Bias/Fact Check to add a simple reply to show bias. We feel this is especially important with the US Election coming up. The bot will also provide links to Ground.News, as well, which we feel is a great source to determine the WHOLE coverage of a given article and/or topic.

As always feedback is welcome, as this is a active project which we really hope will benefit the community.

Thanks!

I tried to connect but the server and website seems offline.

Sad to see the old school server go.
