It's a shame they only tested with Batman. I think there was a study about how people behaved more honestly in the presence of authority figures (even if just a photo of police is displayed).

I'd like to see the results if they dressed like Spongebob

I think that in thi case the effect is: "Wait, why the fuck is batman here?" looks around to see other peoples reactions "Oh wait, there is a pregnant woman, i gotta give her my seat"

While otherwise they would just stare at the phone, read a book or just think
