Yes, but for the wealthy in Russia who get these luxuries, they will be pissed off. Change in Russia has always come from within.
The rich in Russia won't even feel that. But most of the normal people will.
The real wealthy will go to Monaco or London, the wealthy will go to Egypt or Thailand. The mass will keep on struggling.
