Idk, I feel like he's glossing over the very active role the company had in pushing people to get their logo tattooed. Compare

and all that talk about being bold, risk-taking and committed - applicants "might want to take note", to

participants chose their own tattoo and no one was asked to get our logo

interviews were available to everyone regardless
