There is a mentally ill man who stays in the toilets for an hour, the manager calls the police, and when arresting the guy the cops punch him in the back of the head for no reason and beat him to death.

They called for a welfare check because they thought he was having a breakdown of some sort. That's not a bad thing really, she shouldn't feel bad about expecting police to help out and not literally beat a dude to death for an id they didn't need for a trespass that was not requested.
