Ireland are in a transitional state with many new bodies coming in and a few older ones who are hanging on as long as they can.. I think this ranking is very flattering for the current state of Ireland as things are.
The old guard who could make problems for the Boks and ABs are fading and the new blood are still finding their feet.
And if the last leinster vs munster clash tells us anything, its perhaps a reshuffle of the national team should be considered.
The Leinster academy will provide. I've seen it for too many years to not have faith in it now
Perhaps, but it also looks like munster have alot of talent to offer right now
