Lol you think Trump would protect anyone but himself? The guy famous for refusing to pay people who do work for him? The guy who has betrayed everyone he felt like he could benefit from betraying, even a little tiny bit? He doesn't give a fuck who else would be implicated. He would probably murder Melania on live television to get out of it if he thought it would work.

Yes, I believe he would protect other pedos whom might have evidence of his roles in other crimes such as supplying Epstein with children to traffic.
