There's a compatibility list we track with each release.
We also have a forum page where we track the compatibility, though the table isn't that interactive. That site also includes the official forums.
ShadPS4 is still pretty early in development, so you'll still experience crashing, but Bloodborne is effectively playable from start to finish with patches enabled. I believe Gravity Rush 2 still crashes near/at the start.
