Fifth generation warfare, like hiring a bunch of bot farms in foreign world countries to prop up a corrupt government.
It is funny because it comes across as something new. Propaganda has been around a long time now and its modern counterpart public relations has been as well.
Perhaps the use of technology could be considered new, but the battle for the human pysche is nothing new.
