I don't think many people would be willing to make a hand-made localization or translation, so it'll likely still take a while for someone to pop up.

the usual annoying forum response that deviates from the original request so skip it if such a thing bothers you

Still, if you'd be willing to study a new language, I skimmed through the first chapter and texts don't seem too complex, just a bit dense in quantity and the author's handwriting just needs some getting used to initially. If you can find a teacher and can focus on the studies, maybe you can translate, or even comprehend them after some time.
