this test got popular when I was in freshman year of college and yeah it's kind of cringe, but it actually made me think about aspects of my personality and how I do things, and which parts I like/dislike. as an introspection tool it was pretty helpful for me.

For that purpose it seems fine! The issue is that companies and the government make actually important decisions based on this stuff
