Dessalines, an American, has never lived in Ukraine or russia, doesn't speak Ukrainian or russian and yet he comes up with bullshit like "putin just wants to show he means business" or "war is war, civilian casualties are fine [as long as it's Ukrainians]".

Same with Cuba or even Syria. It's almost certain that none of the tankies have ever spoken to a person from Cuba, let alone being friends with them and yet they are convinced that "Cuba is a democracy!" and "Everyone loves the regime!".
