We've been on a roll the last few years and had quite a few great new movies come out again this year. I'm not sure if anything is coming out in December that would topple it but I'd say my favourite has been.. Sinners. Just something about that Irish dance scene that really impressed me.

Otherwise cool movies I've watched has been Bring her back, The Monkey, Weapons, the Ugly Stepsister and most recently Frankenstein.

What about you lot?

I liked 2023/2024 a bit better for horror but it's still been a good year

My favorite has been Weapons, but Companion and The Long Walk are up there. They both do a good job at getting tense

Funnily enough, Letterboxd doesn't even list M3GAN 2.0 as horror, which I might agree with, but I was also very pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed that
