Ok what am I missing, I just checked their Encyclopaedia Metallum page again, and it shows that album as their only one. Same for Spotify and YouTube Music.

You're probably looking at the wrong entry, probably multiple bands with the name. https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Ghost/3540309157

Ooh now I get it.

I was talking about Draugveil the whole time, they were recommended to me at random and so I thought it funny to also see them pop up in a meme.

Of course Ghost is older and has many albums.
