I actually did the thing where you don't have your phone in bed.

I 3d modeled and printed a double decker wall mounted shelf that perfectly fits my partner's and my phones, including embedded wireless chargers. It hangs on the wall outside our door, so we can still use wireless headphones to listen to music/whatever. I also installed a couple of super simple games on my watch that I play when I'm struggling to get to sleep. If I really can't sleep, I grab my phone and go to the living room to fiddle about - though sometimes I try to be productive - then come back to bed when I feel tired. I also don't do books in bed, as I tend or go full ADHD and finish novels in a single night.

This has been going on for nearly a year now, and it definitely 1000% helps me to get to sleep sooner after I get in bed. It's hard to stick to it, but if you can, you will feel healthier.
