Nyarch looks really interesting, but I'm a little worried that one of their biggest selling points is that they install an LLM right onto your computer. I get that it can be locally run, but the average person probably won't do that or will simply be unable to

That was pretty much my takeaway as well. I'd love to run a weeb OS like this on a secondary machine for shits and giggles, but I don't like that the whole AI thing seems like one of the main selling points.

I'll probably end up testing it at some point just for fun, though.
