Didn't someone took all the episodes and cut all the fluff out? And it was like 200 episodes.

You’re thinking of the One Pace project! Definitely cuts down the watch time in an attempt to make it feel more in pace with the manga, but some of the filler and anime-specific arcs are fun and worth the watch even at ~1150 episodes.
