I am not much of a visual artist, so I used unpaid chatbot-generated drawings and converted to pixel art in GIMP with some corrections by hand.

Thanks for explaining. Are you planning to do more in this style, or this more of a one-off?
Not sure yet. Since I'm not great at drawing myself, the art style might change each time, but I will probably do at least a couple more of these
It turned out great! It's such an arresting style.
If you want some more control over the output, maybe consider putting together a color palette and then indexing to that palette specifically. Lets you inspire the end result more directly and colors will be the same for the full process.
