Yes, NextCloud's parnters page is a mess when it comes to user experience. It's tough to find a good provider even when using the location filter. When you do get a page of results, the links are broken or you follow the link and the partner doesn't really advertise NextCloud and often use confusing billing models or "solutions" packages which are hard to decipher. It's really almost impossible to determine which providers just are a regular web hosting company that gives you a one-click install of NextCloud vs managed NextCloud implimentation.
The only partner I've found there that offers managed NextCloud from a US server location is MassiveGrid. Other providers might offer it, but it's not apparent from their websites. So far MassiveGrid is OK. A little slow on customer service but at least productive and friendly customer service. I tried Tab.digital but they are in Europe and I had issues with both server performance and customer service being willing to help. Tab.digital has more self-service options like being able to buy autosetup an add-on OnlyOffice server, and self-custom domain settings, but MassiveGrid offers more Gb space for less $. You just have to submit a ticket for things others offer automated process for. But MassiveGrid does not offer add-on OnlyOffice servers which I wish for.
MassiveGrid was the one I was looking at as well but there was no mention of any customer support. And I didn't wanna be the IT guy.
