Of note among the balance changes are:

  • During their 2 minute burst, RDM now has 30y range on their "melee" combo(s).
  • GNB gains +3 max charges during bloodfest, ensuring no overstacking.

GNB gets a bandaid for its overcapping "problem" that's literally just a skill issue, meanwhile in the 0.5 seconds between you tapping Dance of the Dawn and Tillana your party can vomit 70 more Esprit at you based entirely on RNG.

I understand that Tillana's old effect (granting Standard Finish) is redundant now with Finishing Move, but they could have found literally anything else for it to do.
