I don't understand these procedures at all. If he didn't have the authority to change it, undo whatever he did and move on. Treat it like the vandalism it is. Why does this orange piece of shit get to just do whatever he wants? Fuck.

The issue is instead of them actually putting out any number of the fires they're just saying, "dang there sure are a lot of fires."
