For h), I recommend Elementary Principles of Philosophy by Georges Politzer. He traces the development of philosophy until the creation of dialectical materialism by Karl Marx. If you're already familiar, Anti-Dühring by Friedrich Engels and Materialism and Empirio-Criticism by Vladimir Lenin are perhaps the 2 most important and thorough works on dialectical materialism thus far.
