Fascists with a time machine:
"Yo Germany! After you capture Poland with no resistance, chill a sec, let the world calm down, keep the peace with the Russians, then storm the Caucuses' oil fields to power your war machine. Stomp the Russians flat, chill, rebuild, keep promising 'peace in our time', then open a front to the east. Got all that?"
Our fascists (US here) have got the game plan a little further along, but as Hitler did, giddy on victory, they'll bite off more than they can chew, choking on administrating it all. And the hometown crowd ain't so quiet. Also, we won't have the temporary economic boost, lots of angry people left out. Also, many of us have near military-grade rifles and, while scared shitless of dying, will do so if they come to our doorstep.
