I'm a Scotch man. I like Aberfeldy 18, Balvenie single cask, and Kilchoman for my top 3.

I also love a Dubonnet Manhattan or a hazy IPA. Red over white wine, IMO

Nothing like a good Old-Fashioned. One of the secrets is to singe the orange peel after it's expressed over the glass before dropping in as a garnish and stirring - it adds a lovely smoky note to the drink.
