You know who's notoriously disrespectful to everyone, and has been for as long as I can remember? Donald Trump. By his own standards, this means he deserves to get shot in the face. But fascists don't standards. They have guns and aggression and stupidity, and mouths that inhale valuable oxygen and exhale self-serving bullshit.
