Being so angry you feel like you can kill someone I think is common but I don't think folks will ever admit they ever felt that way. Especially when younger and full of hormones. Then you have that the closer you are to someone the angrier they can make you. Pushing buttons and all. You cope by realizing murder is wrong. That your brain is wierd and you don't act on high emotion. You get yourself away from the emotional situation and calm yourself however you best find to do that. You try to discuss when you and the other person are less emotional and see if you can come to a common understanding. Granted if you a kid its not an equal footing but if don't think you can get to where you are treated fairly then just put your energy into gaining independence as soon as you can.
