A federal judge ordered agents not to retaliate against people “engaging in peaceful and unobstructive protest activity” in the state and not to stop drivers who are not “forcibly obstructing” officers.

Given that ICE is actively recruiting using neo-Nazi anthems, I'm very dubious that this will have a meaningful impact.

They've already been claiming that any protester who moves is not peaceful, so this ruling does jack shit
