I definitely didn't draw this, I have no artistic talent! The artist, Gambargin, has their signature on the side.
Oh right! I did see the name on the side yeah. Is that a famous historical cartoonist then? Do they often include quirky details like those horse's eyes?
They do a mixture of 'serious' and goofy stuff. The goofy comics like this one often include little details like the horses having googly eyes or being two guys in a horse costume.
