YouTube appears to be cracking down on SRV3 subtitle files, disabling new uploads and deleting existing custom captions from major channels including Hololive, Dream.

Really sucks that this is happening.
I have a sizeable chunk of VTuber MVs archived with subtitles on Patchwork Archive ( example)

Ragtag Archive also archives videos w/ subtitles, though they focus more on general content and from larger VTubers.
