A federal judge previously issued an injunction meant to prevent immigration agents from detaining and pepper-spraying peaceful observers.

Attacking a peaceful protest is a crime, whether or not there is an injunction. This is a signal to ICE thar they will be protected as they commit crimes and levy war against Americans

This is the kind of shit that's going to cause protests to turn violent

If the government is going to employ brownshirts to abuse citizens and treat them like peons without constitutional rights, and federal judges allow that, then why should citizens continue to respect the rule of law?

If peaceful protests and appeals to shame have no impact, then the populace is left with using violence. Those without shame need to feel fear

Yeah, ICE is doing things like kidnapping 5 year olds walking home from kindergarten without telling their parents to try and incite riots so they can justify bringing in paratroopers to conduct a massacre

We need to stop protesting ICE, we need to be protesting and assembling at these courthouses and anywhere these judges go, they're fully enabling this at this point. They are just as guilty.
