Does anyone know of a company (USA market) that makes AK47's with a generally classic appearance but with modern amenities such as optic mounting, rails, still 7.62x39, etc? Oh and ones that aren't thousands of dollars either

No because that's not a thing anymore. The AK market in America is for rich kids and collectors.

A non-trash AK will be $1000 and it will be yugo. Optic rails are limited and 100$+. Ammo is fifty cents a round and will not get any cheaper.

I fucking love AKs but unless you use dollar bills for toilet paper just buy an AR.
